Interior Design Services
Our interior design service start with a design concept and creative direction with budget analysis, which leads to space planning, materials selection, color coordination, selection of soft furnishings, presentation of carefully curated design and then execution of the design upon your approval. We use the best vendors to bring you the best prices for the selections. We also provide recommendations of contractors for your project and are available for design support throughout the process.
What to expect during the design process:
After you have signed the agreement, the design process starts.
We start by getting a good understanding of your design style.
We measure your space and take necessary photos.
We develop a space plan and furniture placement options according to the size and function of the space.
We develop a budget analysis for the project and discuss the space plan with you to come to a final agreement on the required furnishings.
We come up with multiple design options for each space (within your budget) which include recommended soft furnishings, lighting, accent furniture and art. One reselection is allowed on each design board.
Upon approval of the design, the ordering process starts. We stay in constant communication with the vendors to make sure that your orders are being taken care of.
We assist you with scheduling contractors and the necessary information needed for the contractors to execute their job (ie: paint colors, material placement such as lighting, tile, flooring etc.)
Once the construction / remodeling process is complete and all orders of your items have been delivered, we schedule an “install day” where we come in with our team and set up and get your space picture ready so you can start enjoying it.
